ShadoCon is an anime convention that is expected to be held at Crowne Plaza Hotel Tampa East, Tampa, FL on November 5-7, 2010. It is a place for you to wear fancy dresses, to communicate with others who have the same anime interest with you, and to showcase your collection about anime videos or other products or have deals with others.
People joining in the anime convention particularly love to attend various competitions as they usually were. There are various contests such as cosplay showcase, SC’s talent search and AMV contest.
Cosplay showcase is where you can show off your best cosplay costumes. You cosplay costumes can be from Sci-fi, Fantasy, Video Games, Comic Book, or Anime etc.. The contest is a combination of cosplay skit contest and cosplay costume contest. You can attend one of them or both but you can only win award for one category. You can display your imagination to the fullest there. But it may be not proper to wear a fancy dress that is so exaggerated or that you are nearly totally naked, which will scare others away.
Other events you can take part in. Bring your children and dress you up as your favorite characters. How happy that will be!
